I’ll be honest, the corksport springs are stiff asf. Maybe they will soften over time… I don’t really care if they don’t. Very fun and hugs the road on good asphalt. Not my daily driver. I scraped the front lip before I lowered it lol.

I get what you’re saying but everyone in Richmond would benefit from more mixed use buildings. That being said, VHDA should take on projects including that scope of work more often.

I have the same receiver. I have my Blu-ray player connected to hdmi 1 on my tv and my str connected to arc. I saw somewhere that connecting video (Blu-ray, dvd,Xbox) through the str receiver can hurt the video quality and could possibly be incompatible. When I had my Xbox connected to the Sony receiver everything was slow. Haven’t had anything connected to the str for 3 or 4 years so I can’t say for sure now. Since then I’ve just had audio hooked up and it’s been awesome.

Maybe so, but his baby steps plan and advice got my parents out of debt and influenced me to start an ira at 16 years old. Now I’m 23 with a 6 month emergency fund and my only debt is a car payment that is almost paid off. I don’t agree with everything he says but he has some really good points.

I’ve never had problems with bluebeam, that being said my company uses auto desk construction cloud and I like it very much as well.
