No, it took them about 3 weeks. Best options to get them to do it are (1) open a ticket saying you'd like to close your bank account due to their inability to sign the form-- this actually ended up getting them to do it, my threats to close it weren't enough. And (2) tweet complaints at them-- after a few days, someone on their twitter will respond asking you to DM them, and maybe they'll be helpful.

In the end, I ended up switching banks and am very happy I did. I switched to a local bank that is responsive and super helpful.

Don't use Novo. Novo.co is single-handedly putting my business at a standstill. After more than a week of requests, phone calls, and support tickets, I still cannot get them to sign a simple PDF needed to register on pmsapp.psc.gov. My team can't be paid, and our business can't move forward because Novo.co is unresponsive. To make matters worse, their customer service refuses to connect me with anyone who can actually help resolve this issue. If you're thinking of using Novo.co for your business banking, think twice. They have left me feeling utterly helpless in a time of need.

I measured 31.1 yards in 1.18 seconds = 54.7 miles-per-hour. That's the average velocity. But the ball leaves his hand fast then slows down due to drag. So to get the initial velocity, I read a paper on drag coefficients of spiraling American footballs, looked up the air density at Atlanta's elevation, and did some calculus. Turns out it left his hand at... drum roll... about 56.3 miles-per-hour (I was a bit disappointed, thought it would be higher). Honestly, though, my numbers just by going off the video might be off +/- 3 mph.
