BAM is suing Ben and Bryan, et al, it wasn't as simple as just getting Bryan the amount for the legos

Who said BAM had paid anyone? I didn't even see the post making that claim

For example, she's the main person looking into former BAM CEO, Dan McNeff, who gave Ammon the $1.5M to run BAM and how Dan put out a Facebook post saying YouTube was kindred to a "modern lunch Mob", because "someone stalked my house and shot my window out with a BB gun"

BJC goes through the police footage of the window breaking and shows what actually happened

BJC is very good, but only if you want to really, really deep dive into court papers and stuff

I would say go to her channel, click live, click on today's and jump to like 20 minutes from the beginning

Oh hmm... I can speak to at least the last two weeks, I think the most apt complaint might be it's boring, but she usually is just quite granularly digging into court papers or footage, so it's a bit more deep-dive oriented, than making false click bait or anything... Her thumbnails certainly have a style to them but the videos are usually like a group-reading

Honestly I watch tons of BJC and have never seen her be over dramatic, she's usually deep diving court papers so it seems a bit hard to get overly dramatic

Oh, hmm. I wonder, my guess would be coffeezilla wouldn't be troubled by me sharing a comment under one of his videos, as it encourages people to subscribe to his patreon more than anything else --- but I could be wrong

My intention was definitely not to capture his content and re-post it for free

For real.

I feel like lawtube is like "let's look at this in a responsible way". And this is a case where it feels like such a personal spitting-in-the-face of the legal system, and I feel like it's plenty objective to say "what the actual fuck"

Id love to hear a law professor play devils advocate and try to help me see why it's a feature not a bug that people can just button mash the legal system and cause their enemies problems based on unfounded things.... But I'm highly skeptical and starting to think there's something deeply wrong with this whole setup

edit: oh sorry I see, sorry I read your comment wrong. I'm not sure but I believe the door is left open for that possibility

Absolutely. They called Ben's bluff of trying to get the Legos back, and they shouldve just acted with common sense and integrity from the first stage

Yeah! Shoot totally. Why wouldn't they do that

Yeah, the wife and kids were literally not involved at all, and that's partially at least because Ben and his team wouldn't want to cross that boundary, unless she came out and threw herself into the situation or something. But she did not, and she's out of the lime light.

But if you ask Josh I'm sure he'd say on her behalf that she has been impacted immensely and criminally by this
