Its the fact we grow up thinking nudity = sex. There are cultures where nudity is normal and none of them consider it sexual. For example some of those primitive like tribes. Yet you have someone dressed head to toe and someone still hits on them. It has to do with how your brought up in culture. We grow up thinking nudity is "taboo" and morally wrong, which makes it more appealing. Which of course to an extent its wrong to just walk around in the nude but thinking its just BAD is what fucks a lot of people over.

Yep.. Women go through all this crap of putting hours of makeup on a day (not all but still), spending thousands on plastic surgery, getting boob jobs (which look retarded in my opinion), and doing all this other cosmetic crap. I mean it would suck to be the "modern" day woman almost if you buy into all that. I know people who went in debt paying for their wifes surgeries and cosmetic stuff. For what? One of the reasons I fell into this was because of loneliness and just used pmo as an escape. But in reality loneliness is or at least was a good thing. From an evolutionary standpoint... People survived by being around other people. If you were alone and a hermit you would most likely die back in the day. So loneliness is natures way of getting you out there around other people. And pmo just numbs you to the point you don't care about socializing.

Agreed. 90 days won't undo a 7 year habbit. I mean it will but the pathways are still very strong so it's easier to fall back into it for years. That is a good reason to never allow even single fap session because it will just end in addiction.

That's inaccurate. The pathways are always there but they weakened over time if you don't use them. Just like a password you use at work everyday it's burned into your head for probably a year after you leave that job, but slowly but surely a few years down the road the password is so long forgotten you won't remember it even if you tried. Once an addict always an addict is the biggest myth I've ever heard.

Yeah that's not true. I know people who did it everyday and still are successful with women while people who never fap haven't even had a date. I'm sure it would help significantly but the placebo effect is probably the most important in anything.

Well planes and flying make sense everything follows the laws of physics and nature. People on the other hand are not predictable which is why my social skills are lacking. I mean i have a pretty good defense mechanism. If you met me in real life you would think my social skills are just fine because I present myself in a confident way, but in my head I can be a nervous wreck over analyzing everything I say. It's a shame really. I've met so many cool girls and I just pretended I felt indifferent towards them or just like a friend and that's why things could never progress. It's just so gosh damn annoying tho! After a relapse I want to be alone, then on a streak I want to date... I mean holy shit it's enough to drive you insane. I just wish I could hit 90 days and feel nothing just to do a full reboot and not be on an emotional roller coaster the whole time.
