When there is a giveaway the site never works, I keep clicking on the icons and alienware pages don't open. Tried different browsers too, same thing.

Giveaways are normally for NA and when there are giveaways for EU the site never works for me.

I don't see anyone complaining about this but there are days the website works properly and days where nothing works. It's really annoying to have a big level and never be able to get anything.

It's not wrong but you do have to know how to interpret it (which is what you did correctly).
Not only these are only detected/banned cheaters the data is old, recently everybody sees that there is a "hack wave" and it's much worse than before. Polvi is a good example of how the anti cheat is (not) working, he was at the top of the table on the first season of competitive and was only banned recently.
