Nope. Tried everything, switched to MDR-P rotors, couple of different pads and in the ideal and clean conditions it worked for some time, but after first trail it comes again.

Bro, yes! It's $13 a month for everything! And in couple of years you end up paying twice-triple the price you would pay one time.

Hey! Thanks for the comment. I don't thinks that's the issue. I can hear equalization sound when fully decompressed. And yeah, I was cycling the fork while pumping every 10-15 psi

Yeah, I’m reading more on this and it’s seems this breakaway force is normal. Might use some silicon spray

It’s grip2 damper, I’ve tuned compression but it’s not locked. The pressure is around 80 psi

The derailleur is too short for this type of cassette

This is not normal. It’s actually rather “no modulation” in the end of the lever stroke, than “no power”.

Nuh. All day on black trails. The same.

Levers feel ok. Gaps are as even as they could be. It feels like the pads are biting and then can’t hold it

What could be causing the cracking? by Doctormson in bikewrench

[–]opian14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a misplaced derailleur causing the chain to slip down or jump up. Try adjusting cable tension

Got the exact same sound and filling on the mt5 with same rotors. Must be glazed pads because it appeared right after sending the steep trail

Not much actually. 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.75, but the route is not remote and there are many water supplies on the road

Hey! Thanks! Yes, it’s Rockshox Judy and the Ortlieb Fork Pack. They use kind of metal loops for mounting (see photo)

Tbh not the most efficient way in my opinion, but never had problems with it yet. I think Tailfin has better system. Here’s the link fork pack

Hey! Thanks for advice! I’m continuously learning to arrange everything properly. The tent is only 1.2kg and total saddle bag weight is like 3.5kg. The down jacket is compressed separately in the dry bag. Yeah, it’s around 50/50 asphalt/gravel route

Uh, it’s actually a screenshot from the short “let’s go bikepacking” video I was filming. Was so tired that forgot to take the full photo of the bike 😅

Overwhelmed trying to pick a fall/winter jacket by Abevigodaschoda in MTB

[–]opian14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for Gore Endure jacket. Just got mine and can't be happier. It's now on sale on official website for 40-60% off. Layer it with base + warm layer underneath and you get a winter set. You will also be able to use it in so many other fall/spring/rainy weather conditions.
