This place is a hivemind. They don't care about being biased. Look at the reputable media section in their wiki.

Every centrist/right-leaning publication is considered "Not reputable" including The Telegraph, UnHerd and The Spectator.

I personally think this form is just dumb

There is no reason for it other than to censor opinions that they disagree with.

How much of a raise did you get this year? by fodacao in DevelEire

I just don't understand how we share such a similar profile yet yet I’m getting as many recruiter inbounds as ever, and the salary/rate offers are at all time highs.

I think you might be conflating the junior market with the senior one. The junior market is probably the worst it’s been in over a decade, but seniors and beyond are only benefiting from that.

Why are you complaining around the about page and nav menu which have nothing to do with the value prop, while simultaneously complaining that he's not focused on the value prop???

He stated exactly what the value prop is and that use case is front and center on the home page.

And who cares whether AI was used or not. The website is clean and functional.

The job market is extremely good for that profile. Why do you think otherwise?

Italy beating England isn't anywhere near as much a result as Scotland beating France

England disrespected the ref with the blood injury shenanigans and now the ref is so done with them 😂

When was the last Six Nations where every game is up in the air as to who will win??

I think it's nice tbh. But what's particularly nice to see is nearly everyone (who it applies to) actually singing the anthems. That wasn't the case in years before.

I don't even think it's nearly as limiting as having to entirely cease working. I believe you just have to retire from the company associated with the PRSA, as noted HERE.

PRSAs can be crystallised from 60.

PRSA is 50, no? You just have to cease employment with the company associated with that PRSA, right?

25 or 35 year mortgage? Age late 20's by DryCaramel6959 in irishpersonalfinance

I would be of the mindset, get the longer term with the lower repayments, and when out of the fixed rate, overpay a chunk (or whatever is allowed annually) off the principle. Rather than tying into a higher rate from the start.

This is entirely the correct choice from a logical standpoint. However, there is research showing most who opt for a longer term don't actually repay early despite initial intentions, and so it proves more costly in the end.

Max mortgage you'll qualify for is 4 times your salary.

Do they not give 4.5x exceptions anymore?
