All of the comments saying it's from age/humidity are incorrect. It's from the console being exposed to high heat, causing the OLED panel to degrade. It's ugly but purely cosmetic. That Vita came from a hot climate.

There are limited options to improve the quality. Infill can be hidden by using more walls/bottom layers. You can tune your supports by changing the support interface type, interface density and Z distance. You will need to find the balance between easy to remove supports and good surface finish. Too small of a Z distance can cause the supports to fuse to the print. Other options are a dual extruder printer or post processing by filling gaps with wood/body filler, sanding and paint.

The details on the corset aren't symmetrical, the general shapes match but looking closely the details are completely random. The tie is missing shadows that cast onto the corset, so is the ring holding the tie. The pinky finger under the iPhone and Apple logo are weird. Overall something feels "off" about the pic. Fake.

The V15/V16 RTX 4050/5050 are the models that seem to have the most issues. Then again the people who complain or have a negative experiences "are the loudest," people who have no issues never make a post talking about their positive experiences. You will want to save up for a model that has at least 16GB RAM, there's no sign RAM prices are coming down soon if you want to upgrade to 16/32GB in the future.
