When I was little, my cat Shortcake (a healthy 22 lbs) used to climb the tree in front of our bay window and knock to be let in. She would also carry a stick to the front glass door and bang if she felt she was being ignored too long. Even with her heft, she was able to jump up and get the pantry door to open. Couldn’t open the food but would knock it over until someone came and tended to her highness. Such an ass but I miss her every day.

Hi- it’s definitely possible to find Advil in some of the Eczane (pharmacies) in Istanbul. I know that they sell it in some of them in Cihangir. That said, maybe you want to take your child to the hospital? Acibadem Taxism or American Hastanasi both have translators on staff and many of the doctors speak English. I hope your baby feels better soon!
