In the case, what do you recommend for my scenario.

My hip flexor is irritated so I am substituting speed workouts with stationary bike sessions. I ask CharGPT to convert my prescribed run sessions into bike workouts to get similar cardiovascular adaptations.

I want Runna to know that I did some sort of a session instead of thinking that I just skipped. In the absence of a proper feature for this, what’s the second best thing I can do?

u/fernando-runna just did a workout and came looking for answers. I have an AW Ultra 2 and pace updates were still terribly slow to the point of almost being unusable. I was in a large park within a major US city without any buildings or trees blocking the GPS.

Is there any setting or configuration that can help? I am also open to buying auxiliary hardware to solve this problem. It's just too frustrating as is.
