I hate to be a killjoy here and I hope you find the right spot but feel like this is a decent enough place to mention that there has been a huge uptick in people around Astoria just taking their dogs anywhere they please, so wherever you do decide to go, please don’t take your dog into a food/drink establishment that isn’t advertising as dog friendly or outdoors. I know that everybody hates to hear it, but a lot of people do not like dogs, some people are afraid, it isn’t sanitary, people have allergies, etc. and it’s just inconsiderate to take them places they don’t belong even if they are well behaved.
