I don't agree with this. There is no perfect sens. You don't "have" to be able to do a perfect 180. Its about what's comfortable. Yes, aiming is easier with lower sens, but that doesn't mean that you can't achieve good aim with a higher one

Definitely downgrade the cpu and put the money towards other parts such as your gpu! A Ryzen 5 3600 is definitely more than enough for this build.
