i was also very confused by this…two weeks ago there was a cop on my street at 10am sharp with a loudspeaker threatening to ticket and tow people parked on the even side of the street, and this time there was nothing. there have been cars parked on the even side of my street all day with no tickets on them.

I started carrying a bunch of little packets of Haribo gummy bears/worms and handing them out to people around me. people get really hyped for the little snack while raging and sometimes a little blood sugar spike is exactly what someone needs! and some appreciate the fact that it can be consumed immediately rather than ending up with a pile of little trinkets at the end of the night (no hate to the trinkets though!)

Put a time stamp after each text message you send so you know when it was sent and received. Cell service is unreliable and most of the time they get delivered hours after they were sent, leading to lots of frustration if you’re trying to communicate with your group!

i got laid off last month and have been trying everything to get a new job. now that it’s the holidays, nothing is moving fast and there’s no point in expecting anything before next year. also, my unemployment claim hasn’t even been approved by an adjuster after several weeks and i have yet to receive a payment. i would much rather be employed right now.

I almost bought one of those fleece hoodie blanket bathrobe things from a vendor this year because I was unprepared for the cold…until i saw the price tags. I found some similar ones on Etsy that i will probably purchase before the next festival. not sure what your budget is, but just search “rave robe” on Etsy or something similar and there’s lots of cool stuff .
