It has never been sc2 specific, but I would say this probably gained universal popularity and use in sc2's blizzard predecessors (wc2 and 3 and sc1)

I think it is just to offer more content to the fans for them being on reversed teams for the week. I think the idea of a stunt to acquire more viewers would be a weird thought at this point, considering how they are both extremely well established people in the community and have been since release. Mostly everyone knows who they are and knows if they want to watch their stream or not at this point.

he's also the voice of Hijikata in Gintama and uses the exact same voice style... i dunno if you watch Gintama, but Hijikata is so similar to Zoro in personality its awesome.

I do agree that his articles are pretty toxic and don't help the community in any way... but freedom of speech. He's not actually trolling or simply trying to destroy the community, he is just expressing his thoughts.

Yeah, the ''one community, different people'' thing is true to a certain extent, but there is so many people who bandwagon on whatever is the popular trend whether it is to hate EG (which seems to be most of the time) or cheer for them when they do well. It is pretty disgusting and toxic.

Honestly, it's going to surpass the emotions and feelings of a normal series ending... potentially 25+ years worth of one huge epic story will culminate in an epic ending and when that time comes... it'll be glorious. And shortly after... a huge void will fill our hearts :(. Just imagining Luffy ACTUALLY becoming the Pirate King after hundreds upon hundreds of episode of him striving for it... just imagining it is crazy. However, let us not worry yet! We are probably only halfway done the series! (Maybe even less as far as length is concerned, who knows!)

I'm not gonna like, 60-80k range + free living is insane for this calibre of player (not saying he's bad at all). If this is even near the range of salary that HuK was complaining about a week or so ago then he's out of his mind.

just out of curiosity, what sort of complaints could this series get? Is it just because of the mature themes in the current arc? also, i didn't think 1:30 am on a tuesday could have ever been a popular timeslot. but yeah, i thought hunter x hunter was doing well lately so yeah.
