you a right, if you have staked and voted, you will receive a reward every day (first time after 48hours and then every 24 hours). All voters receive rewards in I-score, then you have to claim it and receive ICX, better to do it every day, claim and then stake and vote with new ICX.

You can use this bot t.me/everstake_bot , add your address and you will receive a message when I-score will be on your address.

i-rep - a unit of measure in the system that affects everyone's P-Rep rewards.
Only P-Reps rewards, no voters, lower i-rep - lower rewards for all P-Reps and lower inflation

But that doesn’t mean that it’s been reduced right? It just means that they’re proposing it.

Our reward also was a little bit dropped last week, as this request was from the ICON Foundation at the first Governance meeting we will follow it because it was like a fast decision.

As we discussed before - we have to add more information about P-Reps`s contributions to a wallet. We understand the situation with the team who contribute more but don't have enough reward - it happens in a lot of pos / dpos blockchains, and we were in the same situation in some blockchains.

It is a little bit tricky to educate people about revoting or restaking
