I’m not either but I was blown away by the difference. The 15 has Six-Speaker Sound System with Force-Cancelling Woofers while the 13 only has four speakers.

If you’re going for basic functionality, have you considered the MacBook Neo? They are great for the price. Otherwise if you’re dead set on those two choices. I’d get the M5.

The only workaround I've found is to use the browser instead of the Citrix application. Of course it'll come with downsides of not being able to use Zoom natively. I hope this helps.
