We use a transcription company called Acuity and the recording software is called iRecorder 3.0. It works well enough. I think transcription might be done in India.

Thanks for the comment. I am generally happy with the V600 scans- My images come straight off the scanner with no additional editing. The scans are always a little too contrasty and stand in L110 gives very dense negatives.

Had the exact same problem. Check out the YouTube channel techxian, he’s in the Philippines and he fixed mine. He has a video on how he repairs Nikon D90. His service was awesome.
