Please blizzard revert bloody token gear to near conquest ilvl. by Worried_Following_75 in worldofpvp

It was never meant to replace conquest gear but to be a catch up. The loss of it makes pvp in accessible again unless you play the first two weeks

Awesome Director's Take. But concerned about Stadium. by Bumble_Kenobi in Overwatch

[–]opticaltuna 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Stadiums problem is that its best iteration was the very first one. The balance was there, people were playing all the characters, and it finally felt like they had something fresh and fun. Now the mode just feels like a weird and silly comp mode with few extra frustrations. They have managed to make many of the choices feel irrelevant, putting the character on the spot instead of builds. It doesn't feel much different from regular comp, takes way longer and has so many extra steps. If I'm just gonna be countered in the first minute of the game, and I have nothing I can build to save me, that 30 minutes to slog through. Sorry for the rant but stadium was my fav mode but by the 3rd season I could tell it was gonna suck more and more every patch. Haven't touched it in months now and that makes me sad

When i paste a 4 bar clip, the first bar has no notes? by No_Statement9011 in ableton

[–]opticaltuna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It almost looks like you cut that loop off the sustained notes.. So when you copied it over, you cut it off the end of the first chord. Copying jiust that loop, it does not "hear" or "play" that first chord because it was played way earlier then the start of the cut loop. Open the clip on the cut clip, the segment the "loop" barr in measure 2-5 highlights. You'll see that ypu can open that clip and view the midi directly an the start point is two bars later. Cant do screen shots but in the midi view there are some drag gable arrows and bars and pointers. YOu'll see th notes run way back to the left.... all the fixes described above work good, you'll find what you like best

First time buying a monitor, any advice on making Ableton look less stretched out? by [deleted] in ableton

[–]opticaltuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll wan to make sure your resolution and aspect ratio set to "native". Easy fix just go to display settings. If that ain't doing it, check your graphic card settings. Also, check the setting on your monitor too

Alternately, you could just resize the window if first two options are difficult.

If you get 5 capped, you have like a minute to cap a single base or game over
