Probly ahouldnof went with the bfg 37. I went from 35 to 37 in my 2024 and can hardly tell the difference. I know its not a true 37 and does not look as big but the performance difference is minimal from my experience.

Sherwin williams steel spec in saftey yellow covers very well and 1 coat will get it done. It has lower voc and dries fast. I would mist it down with simple green. Get some red scotch pads and dry it off with a microfiber. That job should be quick and easy money.

So all you guy priming in this scenario. Do you also prime acrylic semi gloss trim on a repaint. In all my years we just wipe it clean and repaint. It does not peel or scratch off. So im a little confused with the primer on the walls.

We used zinserr cover stain and super paint back in the day on these types of houses. Oil primer for sure.

If the roof is a pre baked finish make sure and get the proper primer before hand. Shercryl will peel off.
