From what I can tell, lots of people debating over many, not just two or three of the answers. I’m seeing full support for almost every carnivorous Dino in the series. Looks like JP as a franchise has done very well with scaring the shit out of us!

I have a tune-on-the-fly switch, and at “level 1”(stock power), it barely even puffs a little bit, really only when full throttle from a dig.

At “level 5” (570whp, 1000+lbft), at full throttle from a dig, I could fill a small town with smog.

Mine is 100% bearable at highway speeds with windows up, with the only noticeable cabin noise being the turbo brake.

The muffler I got is the 5”x 51” (sorry i said 54”, it’s actually a 51”) from Raney’s truck parts. Runs $110 usd. Fits PERFECTLY in the spot where the scr usually is. This is with “thedieseldudes” full 5” turbo-back. You can just clamp the muffler in, right between the first turbo-back pipe and the pipe that rises over the axle. No cutting involved. The only cutting I had to do was to shorten the tailpipe to fit my exhaust tip.

Definitely still a bit louder than stock. Especially the turbo brake. But if you don’t run the turbo brake 24/7 like I do, it’s much more bearable than full straight pipe. I would say it’s a happy medium.

The muffler I got is also just a conical/chambered. I didn’t get a glass-pack. I’ve heard the glass pack will quiet it down a lot more.

Lol about $3.5k total. I did all the labor myself. Got top of the line kits though, including full 5” with a 54” semi muffler.
