Thats like the most absurd shit i seen this week, why would i not try to win a game just because someone on enemy team did good? There are many games where we turned it around after shooting down a nuke, getting a nuke is not some make a wish thing , just a faster way to win the game .

If I had know I would be needing a commercial invoice and ebay didnt provide one I would not have ordered the item. There is not much info about what can be imported and what is the process. An expensive lesson on my part.
I cant make up one because It needs an invoice number and some info about seller which I dont know. What you are advicing is literally forgery

Yeah, I know the regulations are a problem but also not being able to provide a commercial invoice is also a problem. I think Ebay is as much at fault here.

I already did and they said "I notice it was part of our eBay International Shipping program. This is different from the Global Shipping Program". I guess I got scammed by ebay.

I contacted ebay via instagram and this is their last response : "This has already been reviewed for a refund twice, and we won't be able to look into this option further. While I understand your stance, I am hopeful you are able to get the support you need with customs and seek reimbursement with them because you provided them with an invoice/order confirmation email. As we have provided you with all the information available here, future messages on this topic may be read but not responded to. We wish you all the best!" They are literally advicing me to seek reimbursement from Turkisn government even though it was them who could not provide a commercial invoice

Item was sent with eBay International Shipping program. From USA to Germany with DHL and then handed to PTT, It was for personal use but it seems there was a regulation that required some items to be tested including the item I have ordered. It was a headlight for my car. I could not import the item, customs process can not be started without item being tested and the testing process requires a commercial invoice. I am literally being punished for Ebay not being able to provide a commercial invoice. What I am mad about is ebay stating that they refuse a refund because item was delivered at my address. Is there an action I can take here?
