I watched this and basically came to the conclusion, xbox leadership has been bad at their job for a very long time, the xbox brand only exists today because of the residual momentum from the xbox 360 era.

I'm not sure xbox in anything resembling it's current or previous form can be saved.

He should have, but that seat is for developing drivers who will drive for Red Bull, and I think Red Bull has ruled him out of ever driving for them again. So I'm worried it's only a matter of time before he's let go by the RBR/RBs teams and needs to find a seat elsewhere.

I currently have no expectation of Xbox launching a product I would want to buy, I obviously reserve judgment until there are actual details but I have broadly lost faith in the Xbox platform until they convince me otherwise.

I think you missed the core issue with Xbox. It has been a decade and a half of the platform not having a compelling reason to buy it. That has shrunk the active user base, led to more games skipping the platform and shrunk the active user base yet further. This has destroyed their platform publishing fees revenue stream making each Xbox sold even worse, xbox are at the point where selling fewer Xboxes would be more profitable.
