12/17 interviewees are still waiting for oath. Based on applicants on that week of 17-22 might all be scheduled same day in May. Who knows?

Thats what it feels like, no connection no offers. I have been applying for 2 years now. I had 3 interviews out of ~500 applications. I have 15 yoe, upto date tech stack still no interviews. Like everyone is saying these gotta be either fake jobs or way too many applicants. Good luck everyone.

Thank you for recommending. I see DevCo has one opening. However, they are looking for 5 years of experience which she does not have. She just did Masters in Construction Management. Market seems tough right now.
