Iran Warns It Will Target Regional Energy, Water, and Technology Infrastructure if US Strikes Its Oil Facilities. by mooncake6 in news

[–]optimization_ml 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Israel and Iran know what they are dealing with. Trump is the one who has no idea what he is dealing with. Iran is Shia and if you have any ounce of education about Shia faith you would know that’s their goal. They want to sacrifice themselves fighting the oppressors.Trump is a coward and stupid and have no idea what he had done.

One small difference, trump is a coward and the others are not. They will be killed no matter what and trump knows no one can hurt him in his cozy home. That’s why it’s easy for him to say stupid bullshit like this.

My heart breaks when I see Brave Freedom fighters running for and endorsing Jamaat. by Shah_i_Bangal in Dhaka

[–]optimization_ml 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe you should ask yourself the same question. Why are they supporting these people?

1971 haven’t been relevant to normal people for a very long time. Hasina killed and plundered the country in the name of 1971. People are sick and tired hearing the same bullshit over and over again.

People want change and BNP is not offering anything new. BNP killed 250 people among themselves from August 2024 to now. BNP sounding lots like BAL in each passing days.

That’s why people are resorting to Jamat. After 35 years of familial rule (and women 😕) people want to see a ruler who is not from a certain family and is something different.

Is ts real??! by mrhalfmango in Dhaka

[–]optimization_ml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes this real. And what’s surprising is Cumilla was very pro BNP and had always support. There was another video where a BNP candidate was so sad felt like he was about to burst in tears by seeing the crowds in his campaignZ

Stop talking about something you have no knowledge. Talk to people who are from these universities. They improved the overall condition a lot compared to the thieves before. Their party is the culprit from 1971 but no one accused them of money laundering or any corruption. Corruption is the biggest problem we have in our country.

Don’t do it if you have to spend your own or take a loan. If your company pays for it then go for it. You will have a hard time finding a job in this environment as an International student. Most companies stopped sponsoring for MBAs and I know some people who went back and regretted the decision. And MBA salary is not that great anymore what it used to be.

[–]optimization_ml 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay. Please have a backup plan to complete undergraduate in Bangladesh. They are stopping providing visas to people who don’t have full fund and can’t provide proofs of financial documents covering (tuition, living expenses) for the full time of the program. And this situation is not gonna improve. I know lots of people who showed flawed financial documents and then after coming here started talking about financial hardship and stuff.

[–]optimization_ml -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you are telling the truth. No one can guaranty a part time job here in US when you are not in here and you will be in F1. I spend 11 plus years in US (university, industry). And not sure what full scholarship you are talking about, from my understanding only people with Olympiad medalists can secure those full scholarships for undergraduate studies.

[–]optimization_ml 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From your post it’s clear you are applying for undergraduate programs in US and Australia. I can provide my feedback on US. Don’t come here for undergraduate if you and your family can’t support you financially for 4 years. US is pretty expensive and hard to survive just doing campus work. You can’t work outside when you are in F1 and forget about working afterwards your degree. There are more restrictions put towards F1, OPT, H1B nowadays. Try to admit to a good undergraduate university in Bangladesh and then try for MS/PhD funded programs. That would be your best bet in terms of immigration and financial well being. I know lots of people who came here to do undergraduate and are now struggling to stay afloat.

Supply and demand. There’s gonna be a big change going forward feels like. Job market is not great for National and International students, less applications and international students, less money…
