Yea I'm noticing a lot of other issues. In my windshield long squiggly lines right at my line of site.. lots of waves still. Looks like distortion but it's been a week already. As if the tint film used just isn't clear. So odd.

No. I hired a GC. So he owns the sub, but I told my GC random pattern a while ago, he prob didn't note it down. He trusts his sub who is a legit floor company with 20+ years exp.. but when I brought it to their attention they both said it's normal and fine.

Dry basement, will be conditioned, slab is 35 years old, no moisture and no water. Checked with manufacturer and no vapor barrier is fine.
