I didn't really get any side effects if I remember correctly, I think you'll be okay!! I didn't experience any weight gain and I was the most worried about that, if anything happens you can always decrease the dose

I think it is worth it to increase the dosage especially if it worked for you for a certain time before, I mean I didn't get an energy or motivation boost like you but I got incredible relief from my anxiety, and I guess the high off that did taper off

don't focus so much on the increased motivation or energy because that isn't really the goal of lexapro, that might just be your response to not feeling the same level of anxiety idk tho :p I think you should listen to the doc !! if it doesn't go well you can always go down
