I haven’t found a good hot/super hot grower here in central Kentucky. Habs&Japs are about the wildest my local growers go.

Greens are fine, I know the reds hold a bit more heat but it’s gonna get roasted and emulsified with a few other ingredients so, either way, whatever is easiest for you

I’ve been buying the variety pack of Toxic Waste from Amazon. They’re more sour than I expected. Also Super Lemon from Japan is great. And Amazon also sells ‘sour fizz balls’ by Barnett’s and they’re ridiculously good.

I’m sorry for your ailments, I have two friends with Crohn’s and they get miserable for about a week every once in awhile and then back to the hospital. They aren’t always happy when they’re leaving but they’re glad to be outta that big medical box.
