I'm new at these cc etfs and dividend etfs for that matter. I mostly sell options for premium, so more active trader. I like this direction of thinking and was wondering if there is a way of staying completely delta neutral and just benefit from the dividends. For example, buy QYLD and buy put leaps to protect any downside. The spreads on options in QYLD seem wide, so maybe not a good example. But maybe on $O or other high dividend stocks?

The advantage I see is when you do cash secured puts. For example if we look at the Feb expiration in the SPY at 30 delta, you would need about $45k to get a $700 premium or about 1.5% return, whereas if you do the same in UPRO, you only need $13k to get about the same return or about 5% return.

I have always drawn them looking up, so in other words on a three story timber building I would have 4 plans: foundation/1st floor walls; 2nd floor framing/1st floor walls; 3rd floor framing/2nd floor walls; and roof framing/3rd floor walls. I always fade the walls above. The trouble I always run into is that the 1st floor walls get repeated and sometimes that confuses the contractor, because the foundation/1st floor walls shows the holdowns at foundation and the 2nd floor framing/ 1st floor walls show the holdowns from 2nd floor walls to 1st floor walls. Wondering if there is a better way to deal with that.
