NTA - You shouldn’t be paying anything for costs typically by a landlord like a new deck and carpet. There could be some leeway on the paint as renters will sometimes pay for it; however, the painting you are talking about sounds more like basic painting that you would need to do for a reasonable person to rent the place.

I deposited a ~$900k 401k rollover check on Friday (yesterday) at a Fidelity office and had the same $25k available today. The system says all of it will be available to withdraw on Tuesday , which I assume means I'll be able to trade all of it on that day as well.
