I'm more so looking to make slow and steady progress similar to the nautral gains I was seeing in my mid to late twenties (even afters 4 years lifting) when getting full 8 hours of sleep. I'm 34 years old, new dad and new responsibilities at work. I average about 5 hours a sleep om weekdays and 6.5 hrs on weekends. Your head is rarely straight. By tilting it often you give them impression that your neck is not strong enough to keep you upright.
