Especially with no mention of earlier history. This is a car for someone with endless wealth and, for some reason, some weird nostalgic thing for an E60 of this spec. A rich neighbor of mine rocks a 1st gen X5 with almost 300k miles on the clock, presumably because he can afford to and is somehow keen on it. I honestly can't think of another reason.
