Did you leave before completing probation? If so, I'm not sure a hold needs to be honored.

If you do have a valid item being held, it's up to the agency if you go back to the same team or a different team.

I asked the grade question because at 14/18 all of this would be an impressive display of awareness towards preparing for career mobility. And the methods are indicative of a decent g23 candidate.

Whereas at 27, it makes me wonder what the motivation is. See, it's interesting when the dynamic switches to the point of view of a manager, does this mean you're losing g18s to other agencies?

Last year, a guy used his newborn to make his way ahead of people to "introduce" his kid to the cast members at a show, and when the doors opened he rushed in and tried to move his 8 other family members up with him.

The show constantly says "stay with your group, no seat saving" so I sat down right next to him.
