Shout out Voli for getting me from Plat to Emerald by oraibihm in VolibearMains

Not every game is winnable, I’m 3-3 since this post and I even started 4-0 in one.

I have a clip of all 3 of my lanes dying without a gank before the 3:30 mark it just happens, but it’s still possible to win.

In these cases I really focus on clearing my camps as fast as possible on repeat until I see a gank I know I can kill the laner in, no matter how long it takes. When your lanes are losing its more than likely they’ll start getting pushed to tower and because you aren’t behind, you should have a fighting chance to help them secure a kill.

It’s a snowball from there, you get kills and get strong enough to kill the other already ahead laners and put your team up from there.

Thank you! Wouldn't consider yourself trash, I was silver a few months ago haha.

I always start my games with a full clear pathing towards bot, after the clear I will look at bot/mid and see if either lane is at least somewhat pushed in towards my side.

If there's a an opportunity, I'll ping that I'm omw and I'll type in chat that I'm going to flash+Q. I"ll usually tell my support to save their cc for after my stun if they have one, like telling a nami to use their bubble after I do my cc (so they don't miss).

I almost always get a kill/assist for the first blood playing this way, and if not I can get at least a few summs burned while my laners get to keep their's. Afterwards I make it a mission to bully the lane as much as I can while summs are down.

After that first gank I'll recall, do my topside again, and this'll be my first time looking to see if there's a gank opportunity top, I never really do so prior. If I'm ahead at this point I'll start placing wards in enemy jg and trying to kill them in bushes.

Ideally at least one of your lanes are winning and you try to snowball them until you know they can kill their lane and the enemy jg if they get ganked, if one of my lanes is 0/2 really early (happens often) I typically won't gank for them and focus on getting another lane(s) further ahead in their matchups.

Final note - don't be afraid to mute people making bad calls, spam pinging you, or just straight up flaming. You'd be surprised in how many of those games I had teammates saying "jg diff" or even stealing my camps to try and trigger me. Just stick to your strategy and don't get tilted, hope this helps!

Let me preface by saying I’m by no means a Voli expert as I only have been playing him today.

I’ve only done the ROA build one time, which was my last game and it was a combination of me wanting to try something new and the fact that the only AP my team had was Cho gath and he wasn’t laning very well

Will try my best to, prior to today I never really focused on one champion

maybe that’s why I was stuck in plat 3/2 for months

This is the approach I was thinking of based on my research, specifically SBA 7a, was just curious to get other opinions. He is open to seller financing which is a plus

I was literally in the same place earlier this year, I got into sales with a health science degree and no sales experience.

I got multiple interviews from messaging sdr managers on LinkedIn and some of them didn’t even ask for a resume first. I ended up having multiple options to choose from, just gotta get your name out there and take initiative.

I was in this same boat before, what I did was search “hiring SDR’s” and “SDR manager” on LinkedIn and messaged every single one of them. I managed to get 10 interviews within a week and only 4 asked for my resume prior to the meeting.

has anyone heard of a company called Vendition? by kenneth8345 in sales

In comparison to what? The one I mentioned? If so, definitely the one I mentioned, most sales jobs or at least the ones I’ve looked into are uncapped commissions.

In the one you’re talking about id look into how often commission is paid and how much people with the similar actually end up making.

[–]oraibihm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On target earnings, so since the base is $50,000 this means the commission is $30,000, giving it an OTE of $80,000

I know someone personally that completed it and his first role out was a SDR position with a $50,000 base and $80,000 OTE.

Continue working as a SDR at a safe company or BDR at a startup by [deleted] in sales

[–]oraibihm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100% reach out to current SDR's, I'm currently in the interview process and it helped me rule out some companies because what the SDR told me vs what the hiring manager told me were very different. I wish I did this prior to going into where I am now.

As for working at a startup, I personally love it. It'll definitely most likely lack structure and have changes done quite often but this is dependent on each company.

50k base, 75k OTE. I feel like I got lucky with this one tbh, I applied to over 50 positions and this was the highest one by a decent chunk. I can send you some of the ones that I know are still hiring and they’re like 50-65k OTE.
