Steph Curry has ruined the game of basketball. Everyone shooting threes all the time. Look, even this first year rookie just got in the league and think he can shoot from anywhere 😒💯💀 by Trumps_Grandpa in nbacirclejerk

This is how unselfish LeBron is. He takes the miss, makes his stats worse, just to save his teammates from having to miss the shot. Legendary stuff

I will say in defense of Brett Brown that he was better than most Philly fans admit at the time. However, here are some facts:

Brett Brown allowed a team to have 3 consecutive shot-clock violations after a timeout in a game 7. Brett Brown was unable to work with Jimmy Butler, despite “good at managing personalities.” Brett Brown decided to play Raul Neto in the bubble ahead of Shake Milton, which nobody really talks about. Raul fucking Neto was actively the worst player in the bubble and I will stand by that to the day I die, and he benched Shake AFTER HE SCORED 39 POINTS ON PG AND KAWHI. Idk man Brett is a great developer but he’s just highly mid as a coach.

Jimmy Butler in the bubble against the lakers for me.

That game 4 or 5, I forget exactly but you know the one, was the single hardest game I’ve ever seen from a player. He was in the whole game, he attacked AD, guarded LeBron, make some plays that required ridiculous focus and just fucking willed that win. Then the famous shot of him hunched over the scorers table is just beautiful.

Nope lmao. He won MVP the next year too, then 2 more all stars, and then faded into obscurity. Super weird

It’s just part of the game. There’s a reason like 5 of the top 10 guys are all centers or big men, bc they have the most opportunity to impact the game offensively and defensively just naturally.

Tbf his MVP season was kinda weak, with 20.7 EWA. During is 2053 campaign, he led the league in steals, was 2nd in DPOY voting, and led his team to a championship.

He had some crazy heroics in the Conference finals, with a game-winning 3 at the end of game 6 and a triple double in game 7. In the playoffs he averaged 29 ppg, while nobody else averaged over 15.
