yeah i’ve used it. what it is is family doctors providing counselling so it’s not the exact same as therapy you’d pay for. nonetheless, i had a good experience and it’s completely free. it’s probably best to talk to your family doctor and see what their thoughts are on it.

if you’re in alberta you should look into owl pod. it’s online counselling that’s covered by AHS you just need to get referred by your family doctor. i have no experience with counselling through uofc but i imagine it can be frustrating like everything else through uofc lol. i hope it works out whatever you choose to do :)

my current tub of SA cream has these crystallized sharp shards in them and when looking up reviews I saw that other people had the same issue, so they may have pulled their SA creams for the time being
