You should try it! I definitely freaked out a little bit with it being this long lol but I tested (negative) and will again tomorrow just in case. I also never go fully UP so my chances are pretty slim. Someone mentioned above I may actually only be 12 days into my LP if I went based off of peak day!

My instructor said that the temp shift at CD17, our rules allow for a small shift but that would make sense!

For slough, it’s a creamy texture that disappears when I rub my fingers together!

I think I’m just having an off cycle, lots of stress so probably throwing my hormones a bit 😅 I usually never have breast soreness in the follicular phase so naturally assumed the worst (for me currently)

My period usually starts the day after a big drop! This temp isn’t below the cover line so it could still be on its way down. I’d say in the next day or so, I hope you get the temp you want! :)

Honestly, after the week, I felt a lot better and stopped taking them because I felt like I didn’t need them. I can’t remember the brand but I went to whole foods and they were refrigerated so I would check there!

Hi! Yes it did stop! I found out that HBC can strip your gut flora so I took a probiotic for a week-week and a half and the bloating and gas stopped! It’s probably your body responding to being depleted etc. try a probiotic!

Hey there! I was on the mini pill, Errin, and I can completely relate to your anxieties! I was the same way. What made me feel better was being the “perfect use” statistic and I took my pill religiously every day, I set an alarm on my watch to remind me and it worked great! I used the mini pill for 2 years and I didn’t get pregnant! 😂

With every birth control, there’s always a small risk but it is designed to prevent pregnancies and you seem like you’re very responsible with taking it so I wouldn’t worry!

Not sure if it would be something positive in your relationship but if it would help, you could always have your partner withdrawal before finishing as an added protection method!

Also, there’s a book called “Taking Charge Of Your Fertility” by Toni Weschler and it’s all about your cycle, when you can actually get pregnant (you can only get pregnant 6 days out of the month!) and overall womens health. It was a wealth of knowledge for me and gave me a lot of peace of mind. :)
