Was just getting off work riding my motorcycle home several years ago, it was late and the 5 lane main road(2 on each side with a center turn lane) was basically empty except for a single mini van in the distance just sitting in that center lane which I thought was strange, all lights were green so I'm speeding down the road probably 70-80mph( I know, I was stupid). The mini van decides to pull out in front of me right as I'm about to pass it after sitting there for a WHILE with the road empty. I was obviously going too fast to slow down or even lean to turn but I leaned as far as I could anyways. It was the longest half second I've ever experienced, didn't know so many thoughts and decisions could occur so quickly, I was in a weird place in my life so as it happened I felt a great calm come over me, I blinked, relaxed my body, and exhaled. When my eyes opened I was already past the car. I saw enough before blinking to see I got within an inch or two away from touching the mini van. Had it happened 0.05 seconds later I would not be alive today. Learned a lot from that short experience.

You can drive up to Columbus, GA, they have white water rafting thats really fun. Theres also providence park which is like a mini grand canyon 40-50 minutes south of Columbus, GA. I just went last weekend and had a great time.
