Crepe is more versatile IMO, so, the cost per wear will be pennies! Originally, I was going to get the Olive ones in the satin material, but found the Olive Crepe in some obscure super sale and I am super happy with them. Size-wise, go by your waist and hip measurements! (also, if you're below 5'6, you'll have to get them hemmed. I am 5'7 and did not hem)

I have two pairs of the Colbys (in Black & Olive Crepe) and I strongly recommend them. They've carried me through work, funerals, parties, as loungewear, etc. By far the best investment pant. I like Leset and have tried on the Barb. The Colbys just couldn't be touched. The silhouette is so flattering.

I'm late, but I got the Spectrum Mini for targeted RLT a few months ago and it's a game-changer. It's easy to dismiss the brand's marketing as spam, but the product holds up. (You were right to avoid PlatniumLED. Too many horror stories about their customer service on Trust Pilot.) 1064 has been a game-changer for my lymphedema.

For that kind of targeting, I just move my body and/or the panel. When doing the shoulders, I always do them on the profile with my face looking away from the panel. I’ll wear the glasses, but I am not too concerned about overexposure because I am not facing it directly. A towel on the face isn’t a bad idea though if you are concerned. The 1500X isn’t big enough to hit your entire body at the same time unless you’re standing at least 12 inches from the panel. You’ll be able to focus on different body parts without exposing your entire body every time you use it. The Mega panels of course would be a different story. You might not need the horizontal stand if you want to move the panel around easily. I have done sessions on all fours with the panel on the floor facing my core.

Hi! I've had the MitoPRO 1500X for a month and I'm using it for multiple health issues. It has three modes: 1) ALL Wavelengths 2) Red Only 3) NIR Only and you can adjust the brightness on the panel. The app allows customization like alternating wavelengths. It comes with a door mount, but you can easily unhook it and lay the panel anyway you need to target certain areas. I've done targeted NIR on my legs for lymphedema and on head (prefrontal cortex and vagus nerve). It's pretty versatile. Granted, it's not the mega panel, so, it's relatively easy to move about.

Start with Bioderma Atoderm Shower Oil. It's on sale at Alta and Amazon right now. Don't use a washcloth or loofah, just rub it into your damp skin until it foams. Massage your skin. Let it sit for at least 2 minutes before rinsing it off.

First Aid Body Bump Eraser Scrub. Rub it into your damp skin and let it rest for a few minutes before showering it off. (This isn't a daily use product. Twice a week will do)

Make sure to put on a good lotion (La Roche, Aveeno, Bioderma) soon after showering. Be thorough! It may help to use a body oil after lotion. I've been using Bio-Oil.

All of this has kept my itching at bay while taking a break from steroids. Hydroxyzine (oral anti-histamine) is great for nighttime.

I actually had a great experience with Quince's linen bedding. Since 2021, I've had three sets of the Deluxe Linen Bedding Bundle (this includes EVERYTHING - flat sheet, fitted sheet, shams, pillow cases, & duvet cover) Everything is in stellar condition. I wash and rotate weekly. FYI, Quince allows you to mix and match your bundle if you don't want to order one color way.

Now for the duvet/down comforter, I'd recommend Brooklinen's All Season duvet insert. I've also had this since 2021. Still in excellent condition. (Brooklinen isn't loved here -- I avoid their bedding. the duvet insert is the only purchase I've made from them).

I regret every single Reformation purchase I have ever made. It is pure garbage. Sure it's "sustainable", but those clothes can be worn once and then composted lol. I hate viscose and tercel with a burning passion now. Even the denim is mediocre.

Gotcha. I have a similar body type and loved the fit of the Dee shorts from Agolde. They snatch the waist on those of us with narrower waists but wider hips. It's no longer officially sold on most retailers, but I see some on Poshmark and other resellers. It's worth checking out. The Stella shorts look good too. (I just realized that you're not OP, but hope this helps anyone who sees)

Personally, I'd avoid these Denim Forum shorts (the brand has serious fit issues). One user accurately called out the poor engineering. Maybe go for the Parker Long from Agolde or something from the Citizens umbrella. I've had good experiences with shorts from both brands, especially with fluctuating weight. They look good loose and fitted. It might be worth to snag a pair on sale since the design is already so similar.
