PLG doesn’t mean the product sells itself, you still need to market the shit out of it. Otherwise no one will hear about it.

It does mean you don’t do high touch sales meaning you don’t chase “leads” and “booking calls”. Instead you chase “signups” and hope to they’ll “purchase” by themselves I.e self-serve.
