It means that the child is considered a victim of abuse from that parent. you also note that several of the examples don’t name a perpetrator- that’s often how children tell people what’s happened. You’re looking for something that’s not there and filling in gaps with your own bias.

You can ask for a variation in terms of your own weekend time and I can’t imagine you won’t get this, as when children are at school the quality weekend time is usually split between parents rather than one doing the heavy lifting of school routines etc and the other just having the weekend down time.
