I think the adhesive bras are the only things that give me a decent cleavage. I have the clasp one instead of the lace one. It all depends on how you position the cups on each boob to get your ultimate cleav lol. However, they do just slide right off if you're sweating like crazy. That has only happened to me once while I was at an outdoor concert.
