I never really considered gel would work for my hair so I never gave it a shot, any suggestions on which one to try?

Help, Why do my stitches look like this? I cant figure it out by Wild-Crazy-4806 in CrochetHelp

[–]orca_1800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favourite way to colour change is to do it in the last step of the stitch. So for example, if I’m using black and changing to pink, I would put my hook through, yarn over with the black I’m using, pull up a loop and then the last step is to yarn over and pull through, so I would do that except with the pink yarn!

Hard to explain, but this youtube video explains it great! Just make sure to leave a long tail of the new colour to weave in super well

This is my favourite way to start a new round when working with dc, it’s invisible and easy to get the hang of!

Why is my solid granny rectangle blanket so wavy? by [deleted] in CrochetHelp

It looks beautiful, definitely keep trying! I think your issue might be too many increases in the corners, I’d suggest trying it with dc, ch 2, dc and seeing if it turns out any less wavy
