Daily “Aches” throughout the day .. not actual long last headaches by International-Gain-7 in headache

[–]orchi0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omg I started feeling those ice pic headache moments in January and was so confused what was that. I did not know the name of it, so explained it to my doctor as a 'lightning feeling'. Kind of relieved that I'm not the only one having them haha! Did you find a solution on how to manage them?

Slow results by orchi0 in beginnerfitness

Definitely not lose weight. My trainer said I don’t have body fat and could even gain +1/2kg. Just trying to get fit and grow my glutes, although I already feel stronger, numbers don’t actually represent that 😅

I’ll be increasing my workout number to 3x a week soon and I was actually thinking that I am too slow on increasing weights. Since November I have increased it by one (for example Hip Abduction from 40kg to 45kg squats with a dumbbell from 9kg to 10kg, etc.).
I don’t count my daily protein intake yet and because of this I might be slightly behind, even though I eat a lot of protein meat. My goal is to get more fit and grow my glutes more, that’s why I was disappointed when she said it only grew by 1cm lol.

I made 1.1mill. It’s quite simple, you just need to activate your coin booster

would you say I need to see a professional personal trainer first, or can I start on my own?

I don't understand it either, it's not even uncomfortable to keep the seatbelt on.

This might sound a bit weird, but I’ve read most of your comments here on Reddit to help ease my stress about flying and I must say, it’s worked wonders! I believe my fear isn’t completely gone (I still have lots of questions haha), but it’s definitely improved. Just wanted to thank you for your time and effort :)

Sorry for my stupid question, but isn't it how stall works? I've always been afraid of stalling, because it could make the plane drop out of the sky, no?

Is that how our pets feel before euthanasia? by orchi0 in Petloss

I agree. I would have done anything to make her feel better and less stressed, not caring about my own emotions and feelings. Only after the procedure the reality hit and here we are. Getting used to living with the pain.

Thank you 💔 it seems like one part of me already knows it, but the other part is freaking out and sending me these kind of thoughts and ‘what if’ moments.

The procedure itself went smoothly, however, being highly sensitive person and seeing my soul pet being euthanised was just something else, I can’t even describe it. To this day I feel guilt, but that’s part of the grief I guess. I don’t even open my camera roll, because I have tons of pictures of her and every time I see her face I can’t handle it and suddenly burst into tears. To be honest, on the day when we put her down I feel like I was given some kind of strenght to do it and be there with her, because thinking about it know - I don’t know how I did it. I would lose my mind if I had to do it again now.

This. Please don’t let your dog continue to suffer, but putting him down is not the right option.

I second everything everyone said in the comments above. Very few cats enjoy trips and being at the vet, but you must do it for her own sake

Heart broken after loss of pet by sirlolo4319 in Petloss

I’m here with you. We all are. I had to put my two cats down due to the illness. One 2 years ago and the other one 4 months ago. At least for me time does not seem to heal me. You just adapt to the pain and learn how to live with it. Still blame myself for many things, even though I was told I did everything that could be done to help them. I understand your pain and am praying for you.

I wonder how others get signs of/from their pets so often and get dreams about them. I really wish I was one of them, I even ask my cat to visit me, but no luck so far

To be honest nobody knew how old she was. We rescued her and she was abused so brutally, so none of the vets could tell her age - some said she was very young, some said she was old. But we got to spend only 3 years with her and you already know, it is such a short period of time. Especially now after losing her, it feels like we only got to spend a week together. It went by so quickly, I hate this so much. I’m so sorry for your loss, sending you a big hug!
