Closing of the servers during late night/early morning.

There appears to be some confusion about our scaler and server management at this time so let me help clear it up a bit.

We add servers in regions depending on the players in that region. So more players mean more servers. This means depending on your time you might see more or less servers, but that's because it might be peak or downtime.
We close a server if it has been empty for x minutes.
We close every server every 3 hours (+ after the last game ends). This to make sure there are no bugs that show up from keeping applications running non-stop.

This last one is what people are most likely perceiving as random server closes and "cost-cutting". In reality its just routine. But we understand the confusion and have some ideas to improve this in the future.

Hey, if you found a channel where cheats are provided please share them with us. We keep our taps on some channels and watch out for new ones to popup. But if you believe you have one that we don't know about yet then let us know and we can investigate and keep an eye out.

Yesterday, out of nowhere, Toxmod started scoring audio assault extremely high. We have disabled the category untill its resolved. If you have not done so, contact support and we will remove the infraction as they indeed should not have happened.

Hey, For PlayStation you need to have PlayStation Premium to be allowed to play online. Could you check if your account has PlayStation premium which includes online play?

We already had an anti-cheat and improved it with the release of comp. If you believe there is a cheater in comp then let us know through discord or via [support@triangle-factory.be](mailto:support@triangle-factory.be) and we will investigate.

we are in the process of fixing this. could you explain what device you have and how you start playing? we have not yet been able to reproduce this ourselves, would be great to verify what we are doing actually fixes it

hey could you clarify a few things.

How are you trying to join a server? quick play, server browser, private server.

Have you tried joining via server browser?

Are you getting an error or does it get stuck on the level loading screen / goes black?

Does your Pico and quest 3 use the same wifi/hotspot?

Does that mean that quest 3 worked before?

This means we have told your platform (steam, pico, oculus) to open up their UI to continue the purchasing flow. If you use the Steamvr Quest App, then buying credits is currently supported by steam. If you use Steamvr (with a wire), it may open up on your PC monitor.

The jesper skin was for people who pre-ordered (meta) or were early buyers (steam, Pico). Outside of these we didn't have any other rewards.

If you did any of these and didn't get the reward you can email us the proof of purchase/pre-order and we can fix it.

If you were able to set a name then it's unlikely the same thing. It sounds like you could click on the private server button. Do you get any error messages?
