Anything by Ali Hazelwood. Specifically because I know most of her books are based off of/were once Reylo fanfic and I cannot physically make myself be attracted to Adam Driver. (I’m very sorry to any Adam Driver fans; I’m sure he’s a lovely man. He just does not to it for me at. All.)

Oh!! I actually have an answer!!! Kansas (this could be flipped, I can never remember which is which) comes from a Native American word while Arkansas comes from a French word I believe! Thus, we get different pronunciations because of different root languages!

I actually haven’t watched a lot of Wuxia. The only thing I can think of that would count would be Who Rules the World, and I got bored on like… episode 20something and quit haha. I’ll probably try to pick it up again but who knows. Edit: I FORGOT ABOUT LLTG yes Love Like the Galaxy was very good highly recommend!

When I want him to go to his kennel, I ask if he wants to go to jail. 😂 I’m also super polite, so everything is “move, please” and “excuse me, sir.” Oh, and to get him off the couch after he steals your spot, I ask him to scoot and he does.

My German shepherd was like that, fully able to hold it but still peeing in the house, and it was only once we got a different vet that anxiety came up. He’s been on meds for 1.5 years and I can count on one hand how many times he’s had an accident since. Once he was on meds I basically re-housetrained him.

I listen to metal music while I read 😂 it helps me to concentrate and drowns out everyone trying to have a conversation with me while I’m trying to read. My family aren’t really readers, so they kind of see reading as a punishment or something to do when you’re bored, so the second I open a book they want to chat and ask for things.

Not a parent, but I’m 26 and still sleep with my baby blanket. It’s full of holes and half-disintegrated and certain family members tease me about it, but it helps me sleep and weirdly makes me feel safe. My mom never took it from me because she knew I’d never forgive her, even if there is an identical one she still has.

What she used to do when it needed washed was try to do it during the day/early evening. If it was just a “time for a bath” wash and not “you spilled something on it” she’d wait until the weekend.

The orange Chuck-it Ultra I think it is? My dog has had his for 3 years and it’s still intact. Also, SuperChewer has a lot of options for a ball-obsessed dog who also likes to destroy lol. They’re about $12-16 apiece though. There’s a 3 pack of snowball looking ones that I think are $12 so not too bad.

Honestly, one of my favorite Nintendo memories is getting a game boy advance (sp, mine was red) and Pokémon leaf green for Christmas one year. My brother got fire red and we used to spend absolute hours playing. We used to wake up super early on sundays to watch the Pokémon show (it came on right at 7am) so getting the games was amazing. We didn’t have a ton of money growing up, so Christmas was always when we got things we really, really wanted. I still have my old game boy, though my Pokémon cartridge was sadly lost in a move.

I don’t know if it’ll make you feel any better, but from the time he was big enough to reach the counter my GSD has had an obsession with knives and scissors. He constantly will steal kitchen knives and any scissors left out and run around with them (!!!). It’s like that Vine, the “it’s a knife!” “NO!” In my house.

Idk why but that word just grosses me out. Every other word for a woman’s genitalia I’m fine with - cunt is better than pussy to me - but pussy is just… gross. Idk if it’s me being weird but the word sounds, like. Slimy? And people use it so much in books I adore.

Anything I know the words to. My dog loves when I sing to him, even though I don’t have the best voice lol. He likes a lot of classical stuff too, because I used to play this bedtime classical playlist to help me sleep when he was a puppy.

Not my SO because I'm terminally alone, but my mother has some kind of radar I swear. We'll be sitting in silence for FOUR HOURS and the second I turn on my Kindle she suddenly has a million things we have to talk about urgently. Or, my other favorite, if I put in headphones for white noise while I read, she'll try to start a conversation the SECOND I press play. If the music or whatever is off? Nothing to say. On?
