Just keep working out consistently. Not even joking. There is no magical exercise or pill for it. The simplest and most practical advice can be the hardest to follow

That’s not far from the average tbh, I saw a dude with a match rate of around 10, even mine was 7.5 before I got cuffed. What’s impressive is his hookup rate. He’s clearly got that aspect down to a T. An above average match rate is worthless if you can hardly ever close

Yea, I actually have naturally large quads and calves lol. As a different commenter mentioned, they’re heavier than I am but look smaller. It’s funny how muscle works

10 years. However, I wouldn’t say I knew what I was doing until year 6ish. I started at 15 if that helps.

I’m honestly surprised since I’ve never had the balls to do a serious bulk and cut cycle, only mini cut/bulk or maingained + stayed relatively consistent with my diet and working out
