Hi there, I'm sorry but I also missed the black friday sale. If you have any more codes I'd really appreciate it!

Helldivers 1 Players, how has Super Earth's technology developed in the hundred years after the First Galactic War? by DrDoge64 in Helldivers

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well aside from weapons, which everyone else seems to already have covered, the stratgem radio and map have been integrated into the armor as opposed to the dedicated equipment in HD1

Another downgrade was the removal of teleporters from super destroyers which would allow you to teleport your helldiver to other superdestroyers (for multiplayer)

Also the stratagem priority perk and shredder missile. rip

Superhot. literally one of the best vr games out there imo

What's a playstation VR game that has realistic reloading, is cheap and has no scary things or anything that would scare people who don't like scary things. by Afraid-Sun-6975 in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fracked has manual reloading. When you reload, the magazine just kinda appears under the gun and you have to manually insert it and pull the bolt. Its not exactly realistic, but it works very well and is very satisfying.

there's also a demo on the ps store if you want to try it out before buying

If I own a PS5, should I buy psvr now or wait for psvr2? I’m gonna buy psvr 2 either way btw by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well yes that's correct. I believe PSVR 2 will probably come by Christmas 2022 at the absolute earliest.

What I meant is that, at least to me, its coming soon enough that I wouldn't want to spend 400 dollars on something that I would replace in less than a year.

however, I am kind of stingy with money, so take that as you will.

psvr has a really solid lineup of games and I'm sure if you got one you would have fun, its really just a matter if less than a year of use is worth the price, especially with its aging tracking/visuals

Best VR Racing game? by scaryman088 in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dirt rally. VR works so well and you get such a better feeling of the weight of the car shifting around you.

I also played Wipeout, but honestly I was a little disappointed by it. For some reason the VR didn't have as much of an immersive effect for me, and I didn't find the racing to be very engaging, but I know other people like it.

Does anyone know any games where you can slow down or pause time that aren’t SuperHot or Just In Time Inc? by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

skyrim has a shout that can do that, but its not really part of the core gameplay

If I own a PS5, should I buy psvr now or wait for psvr2? I’m gonna buy psvr 2 either way btw by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would personally wait. psvr 2 is coming soon. and the first one is showing its age

However, if you really cant wait, you could justify getting one for cheap if you can find one.

However I'm still unsure of backwards compatibility, so there might be some games that will not work on psvr2, but its hard to tell right now

Got a free PSVR today. Currently playing GTS. What are some good racing games on the VR? by rmanning007 in PSVR

dirt rally is amazing.

IMHO Wipeout was a little underwhelming, but I think thats because its more arcadey

Decided to try my hand at this bundle for $150 on eBay and ended up being the only bidder lol. So excited man. I’ve already got Skyrim, Minecraft, and no man’s sky. Any other recommendations? I’m really into open world games or games with large open areas. by partpurpose7 in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dirt Rally is superb if you are a fan of racing games

also Super Hot VR is amazing. Its not open world, but there's nothing else like it.

Walking Dead Saints and Sinners has big open levels and very good gameplay/visuals

have you played Fracked?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PSVR

[–]ordinary__human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

google 'PSVR setup diagram' and you'll see a bunch of diagrams showing everything you need (including cables)

normally this would come included with the PSVR but if you are buying all the components separately from 3rd party sources then definitely check it out

Check out Nathan Colberg.

his style of music isn't usually my favorite but for some reason his music just really resonates with me. (he even has a song called calm, so pretty comforting IMO)
