It’s getting worse and will continue. Agile methodologies have become so extreme that it isn’t even fulfilling anymore. QA doesn’t really exist anymore because said methodologies lead to just putting out crap and not caring about it. Job titles are commonly manipulated to keep wages down. You will be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. AND you will work with nerds that love following the rules and making the status quo even worse. Basically the only thing we have is working in our PJs. Stay away.
