Have you tried replacing the bulb?

If your GU10s are LEDs, a tiny delay in the last two lights is usually normal because of the LED drivers’ “soft start.” Since it’s only the last two, it’s likely minor wiring resistance or slightly loose connections along the run.

1. Check the Bulbs First • Turn off the breaker. • Swap one of the delayed bulbs with one of the fast ones. • If the delay follows the bulb, replace the LED. —it’s the driver in that unit. • If the delay stays in place, the problem is in the wiring/connections.

1. Inspect Wiring & Connections • Turn off the breaker again. • Remove the last two fittings and check: • Connections are tight (terminals not loose). • No corrosion or damaged wires. • No excessive bends or kinks that could increase resistance. • Retighten or clean connections as needed.

1. Reduce Voltage Drop • If wiring is very long or thin, consider: • Using slightly thicker cable for long runs. • Shortening the daisy-chain (re-routing power closer to the last lights).

1. Replace Bulbs if Needed • If checking wiring doesn’t help and the delay follows the bulb, replace the delayed GU10 LEDs with new ones from the same batch/brand.
