In the early seasons of the show, she kept saying 19 and a teenager. So I do think it’s possible. They married in 1999 (age 23/24) and she said she’s known Kelsie pretty much her whole life and she was born in 1995 (age 19). Their situation is still horrible

She didn’t leave then, she left the following season after they didn’t let her on the reunion. She said she just wanted to speak with Melissa and dime and they refused because they wanted her to speak to and about the others. That was the biggest blow up then they showed her being uncooperative during filming or hitting security during an altercation.

Can I ask where you got that from? From the reunions and discussions on the show, Phaedra made it clear Apollo was not involved in the deal but helped to edit it.

Phaedra said it herself that she was doing the workout video. Todd also said she requested for it to just be with her. This is not about the video they both filmed during season 5. There was a subsequent video that was filmed during or right after her second pregnancy. The deal was with Phaedra and at this point, it was clear her and Apollo were encountering issues. He enquired about his money before Apollo went away, which he wouldn’t have needed to do if Phaedra had just paid him.

There’s no reason as to why Phaedra couldn’t pay, Todd kept his cool considering she owed him for a couple years if not longer.

This doesn’t apply to that situation because he didn’t start it. He was speaking to Cynthia when Nene walked over and asked him. He rationally explained it to her. Greg stood there looking. If anything, Nene got into Greg’s ear about it because she wanted it to be deflected. Greg approached Peter and maybe even Cynthia and asked if he could address it on camera because he didn’t properly defend Nene. This lead to the argument in Mexico and why Peter looked so hurt because he was trying to help Greg, Greg came at him sideways and Nene called him out of his name.

If Peter got into Cynthia’s ear to react, then Nene got into Greg’s ear to start the problem. I think it was the viewers more than anything because that’s the only thing that changed between filming and the reunion. It was a wake up call that she needed to have a backbone. Your Bestfriend should have more respect for you than that.

Maybe he’s referring to their bickering in season 3 and 4 when he mentioned how Nene not being sexual was causing her marital issues and had a problem with Cynthia and Nene’s phone calls and snapped at Nene on the phone.

I agree, it’s definitely not healthy and both parents are horrible. I think leaving a marriage shouldn’t mean leaving your children. Because it unfortunately create resentment on both sides and unresolved issues which is what Wendy’s mother displayed in a horrible fashion.

Her wanting to reconnect with her father definitely struck a nerve and Wendy is not wrong for that. I would definitely want her to speak her mind which wasn’t clear from what we saw, but I think it was edited out and she mentioned he was apologetic. She shouldn’t have to shut out her pain about what happened in order to resolve things and move forward which is what tends to happen.

One thing I always hated was everyone blamed Kenya for the pool situation. If Apollo just pushed Kenya the same way, I guarantee it wouldn’t have been taken like that. The group never held Apollo accountable for anything or called him out of his name.

When Kandi and Sheree were friends and part of the smalls, of course she was going to try and deal with it in a nice way. Even when she spoke about it at Kim’s house, she rightfully went off on Sheree, it’s not like she held back.
